Once inside the portal, click on the left menu and find "My Videos".

OUR FIRST COURSE IS CALLED 'GEOMETRIS'.  Students must review Lesson 1-7 (Home through Regions Bonus) this week.  There will be an online quiz on Friday, 4/3.

 

This week's exercise challenge is JUMPROPE.  We require students to complete this 20-minute training video every day.  The challenge is that they work their way up to jumping rope 50 times in one session.  Please send yann@tenniscentral.net their success video by Friday, 4/3.
